Subscription Terms

A subscription gives you access to software: risk management, journaling, analytics and reporting tools. It is not investment advice, portfolio management, signal provision or any form of trading on your behalf.

Plan features and usage limits are shown on the pricing page and inside your account, and may be improved over time.

The free plan is available indefinitely with the limits shown on the pricing page.

Where a plan includes a free trial, the trial length is shown before you confirm. You are reminded inside the app before the trial ends. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the plan renews at the price shown and your card is charged.

Monthly plans renew every month on the date you subscribed; yearly plans renew annually. Prices are shown inclusive of any tax we are required to collect.

Payments are processed by our payment provider on its own secure pages. We never receive or store your card details. Invoices and receipts are available from your billing page at any time.

You can upgrade at any time; the change applies immediately and your next invoice is adjusted by the provider.

You can downgrade at any time; the change applies at the end of the current billing period. Data you have already stored is never deleted by a downgrade, but features and limits above your new plan stop being available.

You can cancel from your billing page at any time, without contacting us. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which your account returns to the free plan.

Subscription fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law, or where the platform was unavailable for a prolonged period through our fault. Our Refund Policy applies alongside these terms.

One subscription is for one trader unless your plan explicitly includes additional users. Sharing credentials, reselling access or automated scraping is not permitted.

We may suspend an account that breaches these terms or is used unlawfully. Where we suspend without cause, we refund the unused part of the period.

Trading foreign exchange, metals, indices and other leveraged products carries a high level of risk and can result in the loss of all of your capital. Tools that monitor or limit risk reduce exposure; they cannot remove it, and they depend on your broker's platform being reachable.

You remain solely responsible for every order placed on your accounts and for the capital you choose to risk.

We may update these terms or our prices. Where a change affects an existing subscription, we tell you before it takes effect, and you may cancel before renewal if you do not accept it.
