Refund Policy

Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Cancel before the trial ends and you are never charged.

If you cancel within 14 days of your first paid charge and have not made substantial use of the software in that period, we will refund that charge in full.

You can cancel at any time from your billing page. Access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, and part-months are not refunded.

If a verified platform fault on our side prevented you using the software for a material period, we will credit or refund that period. Report the issue within 7 days with timestamps so we can check the server-side logs.

Duplicate charges and payments that did not result in active access are refunded in full, automatically where detected, otherwise on request.

Email support@livefxplan.com from your registered address with the invoice reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Please contact us before opening a chargeback. Accounts subject to an unresolved chargeback are suspended until the dispute is closed.
